Looking for a cheerleader? A fresh perspective? A solution to a challenge? Or, someone to turn goals into reality? Ask Beth. Her favorite days are spent working with farmers. An exceptional day is one where she gets to help design or make improvements to a calf program.
Although she loves calves, her expertise spans from the implementation of new management practices to employee onboarding, training and beyond.
Beth earned her bachelor’s degree in dairy science from Cornell University. She knows her farmers are businessmen and women with a high level of expertise. She aims to provide them with another set of eyes and a fresh perspective to keep farm goals on track.
