Marty Yates

Background

Marty Yates joined the PRCA in 2013 and qualified for the WNFR as a calf roper every year since 2014. He has won nearly $1 million in his career. The Stephenville, TX native comes from a family of rodeo athletes from his father (deceased) who was a Texas high school rodeo champion and Tarleton State University rodeo athlete, his uncle won the Texas high school rodeo team roping championship with Trevor Brazile, and his aunt who was a 17-time WPRA champion.
