Background
Started in the feed business as an assistant mill manager with Bayshore Foods in Easton, Maryland. Bayshore Foods was sold to ConAgra and Keith was on site supporting resident engineers as they built a slip form mill and he became mill manager for the Hurlock Maryland Facility. From there, Keith moved to Jacksonville, Florida and was the Director of Feed Milling for the Cargill Poultry Products Division. ConAgra/Butterball Turkey in Carthage, Missouri recruited Keith to manage their Feed Division supporting meat bird and breeder production. After deciding to head east to Pennsylvania to be closer to families, Keith took a General Manager position for a family operation and managed two commercial mills which manufactured conventional, ABF and organic feed. Previously, Keith was also was the Director of Live Operations for multi poultry species. Keith came to Purina eight years ago as a Commercial Poultry/Mill Specialist and has been living the dream ever since!
