The Purina Cattle Breakeven Calculator is intended as a tool to allow producers to estimate profitability or loss when finishing cattle. Inputs are adjusted weekly based on market conditions. Producers can select starting weight, adjust futures or selling price, and change total cost of gain to determine breakeven prices customized for their situation.
